Download starter files

Use these existing sample files to test the workflow. Replace the fixed text and branding with your organization’s approved design before issuing certificates.

Bulk-generation workflow

  1. Prepare the background with the training title, date, issuer, and signature labels.
  2. Leave the recipient-name area blank.
  3. Place one complete recipient name per row in column A of Excel or CSV.
  4. Upload both files to the generator.
  5. Check the longest name, then export one test certificate before downloading the full batch.

Quality checklist before issuing

  • Confirm the course name, dates, duration, and instructor details.
  • Check that no spreadsheet heading was generated as a recipient.
  • Verify names with accents, hyphens, and multiple family names.
  • Confirm that signatures are authorized and readable.
  • Store the final recipient list securely according to your organization’s policy.
