Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Cert Generate website (the "Service") operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Service

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for the data you upload and process. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to use any templates or names you provide.

You may only use certificate email delivery for recipients who reasonably expect the message and whom you are authorized to contact. Spam, deceptive certificates, impersonation, malware, and attempts to bypass sending limits are prohibited.

Anonymous use is limited to 20 generated certificates per connection identifier over the lifetime of the service after duplicate names are removed. A free account is required to continue beyond that allowance and is required to download work made with Cert Generate templates, the Document Signer, account storage, and certificate verification features. You may preview and edit with those tools before signing in, but you may not evade the download controls.

You are responsible for the accuracy of certificate details and for obtaining permission to publish a recipient name through a public verification link. Printed certificate ordering is temporarily unavailable; an interest click does not create an order, price, or payment obligation.

The document signer may be used only with signatures, stamps, and documents you are authorized to use. You must not forge, impersonate, misrepresent authorization, alter records unlawfully, or use the tool to facilitate fraud. The signer places an image on a document; it does not provide identity verification, notarization, a regulated digital certificate, or a guarantee of legal validity. You are responsible for determining whether the result is acceptable for your purpose and jurisdiction.

When creating a signing request, you confirm that you are authorized to share the document with the intended signer and to contact any email address you provide. Private links are bearer links: anyone who receives the link may view the document and submit it, so you must deliver it securely. Completed submissions are flattened and cannot be edited through the signing link, but Cert Generate does not independently verify the signer’s identity or intent.

3. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cert Generate, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
